A contingent of the Pakistan National Guard welcomed the high-ranking Iranian delegation.
Momeni is scheduled to hold his first official meeting with General Syed Asim Munir, Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff.
Meetings with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi are also planned for Tuesday in Islamabad.
