According to an IRGC statement, the US military’s MQ-9 drone was intercepted and destroyed in the skies over the Strait of Hormuz in the early hours of Tuesday, using the advanced defense system of the Aerospace Force.

The Iranian Armed Forces have destroyed dozens of spy and combat drones, as well as other hostile aircraft, since the US and the Israeli regime launched their war of aggression on February 28, in violation of the UN Charter and international law.
